Learning SEO has a number of benefits, including :

So if you were thinking about learning SEO just to help you to get more traffic to your own website, you’ll now realize that the benefits are not limited to this, in fact there are a number of possibilities & opportunities that come from learning to do SEO properly.

Where do you begin?

Unfortunately leaning SEO properly, isn’t quite as simple as buying a couple of ebooks or programs - if it were, everyone would do it - in order to really learn SEO takes a lot of learning & practise, and can actually take many years.

I started off a number of years ago, with a few ebooks. I thought I knew it all - started working on my own websites - and didn’t get the kind of results I was expecting - in fact I got virtually no search engine traffic to begin with, and felt quite deflated. So I continued to learn & practise until I started to “get” it. I made a number of wrong turns, made mistake after mistake, I tried shortcuts & loop holes which lead me into dead ends, I read good info, bad info, and gradually I started to put the pieces together, finding out for myself what did & didn’t work - and this is how I learned.
